The staff was pleasant, took good care of everyone. Liked our rooms with seaview.

There were climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room, appreciated that. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was different: )

Reasonably large and airy rooms with park view! The pool area is clean too.

As a family, we stayed at Sol Nessebar Mare All Inclusive for a few enjoyable days. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a working climate system. The cleaning service was excellent and the variety of food in the restaurant was satisfying. The kids' activities, aqua park, and sport fields were all fantastic additions. We also loved the Gelateria and the option to dine near the pools. The friendly staff and beautiful beach with old trees made our stay even more enjoyable.

Totally recommend this hotel.

poor food quality,15-20min queue for fried eggs every morning was annoying, bar boring and not all drinks were inclusive, "club"boring either. pool's water was too cold either......

Well, I've been at this hotel the year it was opened an let me tell you I was thrilled. But now everything is so laim and different. If you go there for the food better don't go!!!....all crap, in fact I think that only a hpmeless would appreciate the food they serve there. They didn't change the towels each day. The water inthe pools is freezing, and I'm also talking about small pools for children. They don't have seats on the beach although is close to them. We wanted to leave earlier than we reserved because the baby got a cold and they charged us extra for the days we didn't stay: 20% per day from the price of the room. Not satisfied at all.

Good location, lively animation team, great facilities including water slides and pools, close to Nessebar and Ravda, satisfactory food and snacks throughout the day. 🌊🎉🏊‍♂️🍽️🥤

Location: the hotel was right by Bulgaria, and the slides. The room was comfy, absolutely fantastic and complete with a nice balcony, park view and shampoo.

The upgraded hotel was a 5-star, staff was nice and polite, spacious family room, many activities for kids , friendly animation team, shows and activities for kids.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated right outside the center of the town in a quiet area with plenty of shops around. The service was impeccable, from the friendly and helpful staff to the convenient car hire service and efficient housekeeping. The hotel had a variety of shops and commercial services, as well as laundry facilities and an airport shuttle. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. I especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The bathroom was luxurious, with a bathtub and complimentary toiletries. The room also had a convenient dryer and a pillow menu to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. I loved the added touch of having an am/fm alarm clock and a direct dial telephone. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added an extra level of comfort. The dining options at the hotel were excellent, with a restaurant offering a delicious breakfast, snack bar for light bites, and a dinner menu with a wide variety of choices. The friendly and attentive staff made sure I had a great dining experience.

The staff's lack of organization when it comes to information can be frustrating.

Loved the variety of restaurants, especially the Biergarten. The pools and beach were great, even though you have to wake up early to snag a sunbed.

The hotel offered many great activities for families, such as a mini water park and plenty of options for sunbathing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with clean rooms and good-sized accommodations. One of the best parts was the all-inclusive option, with lots of food and drink choices available. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

There were a couple of downsides to the experience. The quality of some of the food was not up to par, particularly some of the more simple dishes.
